Refund Policy

Any refund shall be governed by the Refund Policy provided hereinbelow. 

  1. Refunds on cancellation will only be entertained if the user has served the due notice for cancellation. All cancellation requests require a 30 day notice period. Zeew has the sole discretion of deciding whether to accept or decline the user’s cancellation request. The decision made by Zeew shall be final.
  2. Refunds are not applicable to services obtained on behalf of the user on the user’s instructions using the user’s account and/or the user’s credit card.  
  3. In the event of deficiency in service, Zeew will make every reasonable effort to rectify the problem. Refunds on account of deficiency in service are at the discretion of Zeew because the user has the chance to approve their work before completion. The decision of Zeew will be final and binding in this instance. 
  4. Zeew shall not be responsible or liable for insufficient or delayed information from the user. Mistakes not pertaining to Zeew scope of services shall not be eligible for a refund. 
  5. You agree that if you are unsure of the meaning of any part of this Refund Policy or have any questions or complaints regarding this Refund Policy, you will not hesitate to contact our customer care via the following email address, support@zeew.eu for clarification.

Subscription cancellation

You are free to cancel your upcoming subscription at any time. To cancel your upcoming subscription you must log in, click your name top right to reach your profile, the roll to the your profile, and Cancel Subscription. You will remain active for the rest of your paid membership. 

Warranties 

Except as expressly stated herein, Zeew makes no warranty or representation as to the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, workmanship or any other warranty concerning any product or service purchased from or through Zeew.
